The SBB75 commercial gas water heater meets California Air Quality Management District Requirements for NOx emissions of 14 ng/j or 20 ppm. This model is equipped with a pre-wired, factory-mounted blower. This blower provides more efficient control of heat and helps ensure an adequate supply of make-up air. Prior to ignition, the control proves a working draft.

The 50-gallon, 76,000 BTU Force™ 90 light-duty commercial gas water heater is equipped with a fully submerged, spiral-shaped condensing heat exchanger. This design provides a much greater heat transfer surface than a standard straight flue tube, resulting in 90% thermal efficiency and higher hot water output than comparable 80% efficient water heaters. With 22" diameter, the 50-gallon Force™ 90 can be installed in less space than a 75-gallon unit and delivers greater recovery and lower operating costs.

Sandblaster ® Booster commercial gas water heaters are designed to provide high temperature water (usually 180 ºF) to commercial dishwashers.
